Nothing brings out the rich sweet taste of vegetables like roasting. And with this Mediterranean Roaster / Steamer, roasting vegetables has never been easier...garlic, onions, eggplant, peppers...the list is endless.

This unique roaster/steamer gives you the ability to roast vegetables in your oven and to steam vegetables & seafood in your microwave, oven, or on your stove-top. Two stackable Terra Cotta pieces make the base and large clear borosilicate glass dome makes up the lid.

To steam in the microwave or oven, fill the bottom terra cotta tray with water, place the terra cotta steamer basket on top and fill with vegetables or seafood, and cover with the lid. It is that easy.

To steam on the stove-top, fill a 2 quart sauce pan with 2 inches of water. Place the terra cotta steamer basket on top, cover with the glass lid, and allow to steam.

To roast vegetable, simply use the bottom terra cotta tray and place it in the oven.
